My favorite Valentines…
Some of the most meaningful Valentine’s Days I’ve ever experienced haven’t been about romantic love at all.
It got me thinking—how much better would Valentine’s Day feel if we celebrated love, connection, and affection in all its forms?
Using that yardstick, I’ve had some truly epic Valentine’s Days.
I’ve expressed deep, heartfelt appreciation to my mother, whose unconditional love has been an anchor throughout my life.
I’ve celebrated Galentine’s Day with incredible girlfriends—sharing decadent chocolate fondue and reveling in the power of true friendship.
And I’ve watched the excitement in my children’s eyes as they unwrapped chocolate treats, stuffed animals, and cards saying, “I love you to the moon and back”.
Yes—romantic love and true partnership are beautiful when you find it. But they aren’t the only forms of love worth honoring on Valentine’s Day.
This is part of what Mina Yang and I are talking about today at 12 pm eastern in our LinkedIn Live event How Boss Ladies Can Find Boss Love
Honoring other loving relationships is one empowering way to approach Valentine’s Day if you haven’t met your soulmate…yet.
Another is practicing self-love—doing something you enjoy, spending time in nature, or even writing a love letter to yourself.
And if finding a romantic partner is a goal, Mina will share powerful insights on identifying patterns, uncovering hidden wounds, and developing the skills needed to chart a new course.
I hope you’ll join us for this empowering conversation.
Wishing you a special and memorable Valentine’s Day filled with love…no matter how you choose to celebrate it. 💗
